Though the woman is fearful, she is comforted by a quilt decorated with astrological signs and roses. This quilt is a symbol of comfort and hope in the dark. Inspired by the Raider-Waite tarot deck and the drawings of Pamela Colman Smith, our Nine of Swords Quilt encourages us to face our fears and find inner peace.
